L’Âge Électrique (2016)

L’Âge Électrique (The Electrical Age) is a short film, of which the editing mixes footage and archival images to accompany a reverie around teenage figures. Inaugurated by the portrait of the young Lewis Payne Powell before his execution in 1865, the film then attaches to a young man who walks at night, wandering between two ages, no longer really adolescent but not yet quite adult, and between the fragmentary memories of poetic or cinematographic works of the twentieth century (Genet, Schuhl, Skolimowsky, Morrissey, Oshima …).
